Welcome to ExpiredOptions ("the Website" or "the Service"). By accessing the Website or using the member portal, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not access the Website or use the portal.

2. User Accounts & Portal Access

To access certain features of the Website, including the transaction logger and portfolio tracker, you must authenticate using Patreon or a guest access key.

• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Website and the member portal.
• Credential Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your session keys and Patreon login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use.
• Permitted Use: The portal is provided solely for your personal, non-commercial educational use. You may not scrape, redistribute, repackage, or resell any data or interface components.

Membership tiers and access to specific sections of the portal are managed through Patreon.

• Billing: All billing, payments, card processing, and subscription renewals are handled exclusively by Patreon, Inc. under Patreon's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. The Website does not collect or process credit card details.
• Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations must be managed directly through your Patreon account settings. Refunds, adjustments, or billing disputes are subject to Patreon's billing rules and policies.

Market prices, option values, Greeks, implied volatility, and other indicators displayed on the Website are obtained from third-party sources or estimated based on midpoint spreads.

No Execution Guarantee: Displayed values may be delayed and may differ from executable market prices or the prices shown inside your brokerage account. Wide bid/ask spreads are common, especially for long-term options (LEAPS), meaning actual entry or exit prices can vary significantly from the estimated midpoints shown here.

I make reasonable efforts to accurately log my portfolio trades, entry/exit prices, and performance metrics. However, transcription errors, processing delays, or pricing discrepancies can occur.

I reserve the right to correct historical or current portfolio logs, calculations, or metrics when errors are identified. Material corrections will be noted when practical to maintain transparency. The Website makes no warranty regarding the absolute accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the documented trades.

The original text, branding, graphics, portfolio presentation tables, software code, and other original content published by Expired Options are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

• Your investment decisions, trades, or any financial losses incurred in connection with options trading;
• Data delays, errors, omissions, calculations, or inaccuracies in the portfolio trackers;
• Website service interruptions, portal down-time, or technical bugs;
• Unauthorized access, session hijacking, or loss of account details.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
