• Authentication & Profile Details: When you sign in via Patreon, the Service receives your Patreon user ID, email address, profile name, and subscription tier status.
• User-Logged Trades: Any transaction details, screenshots, or CSV files you upload to the personal log are stored in our database to populate your dashboard analysis.
• Usage & Device Information: Standard server logs collect your browser type, device operating system, referral source, pages visited, and IP address to monitor server performance and security.
• Session Cookies: The Website uses persistent and session cookies to securely store your authentication state and keep you logged into the portal.

3. How Data is Used

Your information is used solely for the following business and technical purposes:

• Authenticating your membership and maintaining secure portal sessions;
• Processing trade syncs and displaying analytics on your personal log;

• Patreon: Provides OAuth identity verification and validates active membership tier status.
• Supabase: Serves as our secure database provider where user details and logged trades are stored.
• Hosting Providers: Infrastructure partners (such as Vercel) process server request logs to deliver the frontend and API layers.

No credit card or billing details are collected, stored, or processed by ExpiredOptions. All payment transaction data is processed directly by Patreon.

5. Data Security

Reasonable administrative and technical security measures are used to protect your personal details from unauthorized access, disclosure, or modification. However, no electronic transmission or database is entirely secure. I cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or data loss will never occur.

6. Data Retention

Your profile details and logged trades are retained for as long as your account is active, or as needed to provide you access to the dashboard. You may request deletion of your account and trade history by emailing support.

7. California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

ExpiredOptions is a personal educational blog and options log. The Service does not meet the legal definitions or thresholds of a covered business under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) or California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
